How can I contact someone at Chemistry Jewelry?

We can be contacted by phone call or text at (541) 386-7069, or by email at shop@chemistryjewelry.com. We are in the gallery sevens days a week (with minor exception), from 10am-5pm. 

Do you have a physical location?

Yes we do! Come and visit our gallery downtown Hood River where we are open everyday from 10am-5pm. Our address is:

Can someone help me make a selection?

What method of payments do you accept?

It's all good! We accept all major credit cards, cash, and money orders. 

How do I place a special order?

Give us a call or shoot us an email! We’ll work through all of the details together, and send you an order invoice that you can pay at your convenience. 

How long does a special order take?

Timing can vary throughout the year and by artist, but usually we expect 4-6 weeks for a special order. Keep in mind that our jewelry is made lovingly by hand. All great things are worth the wait!

How do I make changes to an order that has been placed?

Please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes! An order is finalized once production has commenced - but if the change can be made we will certainly make it happen. We want you to love your jewelry! 

How quickly do orders ship?

Orders placed before noon usually make it out the same day, or the next business day. Special orders ship to you the next business day after they arrive to us. 

Do you ship Internationally?

We are happy to ship to a non-US address provided it is being sent to the billing address associated with the credit card being used.
The client will be completely responsible for costs incurred for all international shipping and handling.
International shipments will be sent via UPS. If you are receiving your order outside of the United States, you will be responsible for all taxes/duties incurred through the customs department of the country to which you are shipping.
It is possible for some orders to experience a delay in customs. We have no control over this and ask that you contact your local customs agency if necessary.

Do you charge sales tax?

As an Oregon based business, we are exempt from sales tax.  

Can I have an item gift wrapped?

All purchases are gift wrapped automatically before being sent. If you’re ordering more than one item and would like pieces wrapped for individual gifting, please let us know in the notes section at checkout. We are happy to include a handwritten note as well, just let us know what you need it to say!

What if the item I purchased needs repairs?

There’s no blanket answer for jewelry repair. Every piece is individual! Give us a call, or send us an email with a photo of the piece that needs to be repaired and we’ll do our very best to get it back to it’s original beauty. 

Can I return an item that I purchased online?

Sure! We understand that things don’t always work out. Check out our return policy  for more information on how to proceed.
